Purchasing Administrator

East Belfast


An excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company based in their East Belfast site. You will join a fast paced purchasing team reporting to the Senior Buyer. Your main duties will include:

  • Updating the purchasing system with new suppliers and updating price agreements.
  • Price checking invoices against purchase orders.
  • Assisting with raising credit queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with compiling comparisons on material procurement.
  • Placing orders for stock
  • General administration
  • Undertaking any other duties as allocated

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
