Purchasing Coordinator



An exciting opportunity for Purchasing Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer based in their Co. Tyrone facility. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager your main duties will include:

Order Management

  • Plan all orders with the approved factories
  • Purchase all raw materials and trims in line with the agreed production plan
  • Production control to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Providing regular updates regarding overall performance and any issues that have arisen.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels
  • Preparation and issue of products for dispatch
  • Conduct monthly stock take and upkeep of stock records
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Negotiate delivery terms with suppliers
  • Verify relevant invoices for approval

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar purchasing, planning or order management role
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
