Job description

Responsibilities will include:

• To conduct positive release for daily production
• To complete Start and EOL Organoleptic Assessments
• To complete Daily Thermometer Calibrations
• To conduct weekly canteen fridge monitoring and NCR reporting
• To conduct daily quality reviews and logging, reporting any quality issues to the team
• To issue and manage updates to internal specifications
• To provide support (including process controls) to production
• Any other duties as required

The Person

• Previous experience working within the Food Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people
• High level of computer literacy to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet
• Methodical approach, be highly organized with good prioritization skills, the ability to work to short deadlines and attention to detail.
