Quality Co-ordinator

County Armagh

£25,000 to £27,000

An excellent opportunity for a Quality Co-ordinator to join a leading manufacturer based in their County Armagh facility. Reporting to the MD you will be able provide support to relevant areas of the business including Health, Safety and Quality

Main duties will include:

  • Assist with internal audits and maintain existing BRC system
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
  • Maintain and update QMS systems
  • Assist with maintaining management systems in line with ISO standards
  • Assist with hazard identification and risk control programmes
  • Assist with audits and reporting
  • Coordinate pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and energy whilst ensuring that all permitting and licencing requirements are observed
  • Provide relevant HSQ advise to managers and employees ensuring compliance
  • Risk assessments and reporting

Essential Criteria:

  • 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of quality management and health and safety legislation
  • Experience gained within a manufacturing environment
