Grafton Specialist recruitment has been retained to recruit a receptionist for our Long-Standing client,a Prominent Law-Firm, based in Belfast.
Our long-established client, based in Belfast, is currently seeking to bring on a new Receptionist to join the team. A successful candidate will have 1+ years working in a similar role.
- Operate the telephone switch system
- Greet all visitors
- Management of meeting rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are achieved
- Opening and using case management system
- Other general duties
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Keen Self-Starter
