Our client is part of a large multi-brand and hotel management company with over 80 hotels within their portfolio across the UK.
- Greeting visitors in a positive and friendly manner.
- Checking guests in and out.
- Assisting individuals with queries.
- Answering the phone promptly and responding to emails.
- Helping colleagues to complete administration tasks.
