Receptionist

Salary - 28.5K

Full Time & Permanent Role

Location Kildare

Here at Staffline Recruitment our client is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to a team of busy accountants and any other personnel in the heart of Dublin's City Centre.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of administration experience
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong technical ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanour

Requirements

  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Providing administration support to staff
  • Scheduling appointments, organising lunches and events
  • Booking flights & Meetings
