Receptionist - Maternity Cover
We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team for one of our clients based in Toome who is one of Ireland's Largest semi- trailer manufacturer. The receptionist is full time maternity cover.
The role will involve:
- Front of house duties, attending to all staff / visitors at the front desk
- Answering the phone and directing calls through to appropriate departments
- Opening and organising all post into correct pigeonholes and sending all post out
- Arranging interviews for different departments
- Responding to all enquiries, via telephone and emails
- Uploading documents to the company system
- Stock management for stationery, uniform and store requirements
- Maintaining and updating records of Staff holidays/ sickness and hours of work
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Any other basic admin duties
Preferred Criteria:
- GCSE English and Maths, Grade C or above
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Neat and tidy personal presentation as appropriate for front of house
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday - 0830am - 5pm
- Friday - 08.30am - 2.30pm
Rate of Pay:
- £10.00 per hour
