Job description

Receptionist - Maternity Cover

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team for one of our clients based in Toome who is one of Ireland's Largest semi- trailer manufacturer. The receptionist is full time maternity cover.

The role will involve:

  • Front of house duties, attending to all staff / visitors at the front desk
  • Answering the phone and directing calls through to appropriate departments
  • Opening and organising all post into correct pigeonholes and sending all post out
  • Arranging interviews for different departments
  • Responding to all enquiries, via telephone and emails
  • Uploading documents to the company system
  • Stock management for stationery, uniform and store requirements
  • Maintaining and updating records of Staff holidays/ sickness and hours of work
  • Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
  • Any other basic admin duties

Preferred Criteria:

  • GCSE English and Maths, Grade C or above
  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation as appropriate for front of house

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday - 0830am - 5pm
  • Friday - 08.30am - 2.30pm

Rate of Pay:

  • £10.00 per hour
