Receptionist/Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Operating an Avaya Switchboard, 60 lines x 300 extensions
- Management of Front of House duties
- Meeting and greeting all visitors in a polite and courteous manner
- Organising hospitality as required
- Dealing with all inbound and outbound post
- Arranging travel as required
- Management of meeting rooms
- Effective communication with customers, line managers and other departments within the Company
- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Essential Skills:
- 1 year's administration experience in a busy customer focused environment
- High level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packages
- Experience of telephone work/switchboard operation
- GCSE Grade C passes in both English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable Skills:
- Typing / word processing qualification
- Proven experience of using in-house / bespoke computer systems for data entry / order processing
- Experience of customer services
- Experience of handling customer queries by telephone
- Formal telephone / switchboard customer care training
