To support the reception and perform general administrative duties.
This is a temporary position that is likely to run for 2-3 months while the regular reception staff supports a project to move a database to another platform. The successful candidate may be required to assist with some parts of the project, inputting data or calling clients for GDPR consent purposes, but largely the role will be to meet and greet clients entering the building and answer calls, directing them to the relevant team member, as well as some general administrative tasks as required.
An Access NI check is required and will be facilitated by the client.
