Staffline Recruitment are seeking to develop their database of Associate Assessors to assist with work on behalf of various public and private sector clients.
We are seeking Associates who have experience in delivering and assessing on a range of assessment methodologies for both recruitment and development purposes. We would be interested in hearing from you if you have relevant experience and are used to working to tight deadlines to meet client requirements.
To apply for the role, you should have experience of working in an HR or Occupational Psychology role and have experience in assessing candidates using a wide range of assessment tools, for example interviews, written scenarios, role plays and group exercises.
Ideally, you will also be a qualified member with CIPD/BPS/PSI and/or have an Occupational Testing Certificate recognised by BPS/PSI.
There is no guarantee of work, as we need Associates on an ad-hoc basis, dependant on the needs of our clients. Some travelling and/or overnight stays may be required, to which appropriate expenses will be payable.
Daily rates will be payable, which will be agreed with suitable candidates and will be reflective of current market rates.
