Due to continued growth and success, here at Staffline Recruitment Ireland we are expanding our existing branch network and will soon be opening a branch located in the heart of Limerick city. We are seeking applications for the role of Recruitment Manager for this branch.

This is an exciting time to join us! In this permanent position the successful candidate will be play a pivotal part within our organisation as we enter our next stage of growth. As Recruitment Manager you will have autonomy and control over the operational performance and strategic development of the branch.

But you will not be alone! At Staffline Recruitment we have a supportive management team to provide guidance and a wider national branch network of experienced recruitment professionals to link in with regularly.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Work to achieve and exceed sales and client targets in the performance and general sales activity of the branch
  • Motivate encourage strong team performance
  • Prepare business proposals / tenders and negotiate rates and fees in line with agreed fee matrix
  • Monitor weekly sales activity and analysis of key reports
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings reviewing business in process pipeline, financial pipeline, interview pipeline and weekly GP delivery
  • Set and agree business delivery expectations and minimum performance measures for all team members
  • Set targets and objectives (KPIs) according to the performance and development cycle.
  • Monitor and review team performance and achievement on a regular basis including annual appraisals and review of Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure operations are fully compliant, with processes and procedures being met and adherence to best practice recruitment methodology, quality and candidate standards

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader
  • Strong track record in successfully growing and developing a temp/perm commercial recruitment division
  • Advanced people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate people to achieve
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Confidence in all aspects of recruitment
  • Motivation and ambition to succeed
  • High level of resilience and a can-do attitude
  • Self-managed, driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability
