Taking inbound and outbound calls. Talking to customers about their current needs and reserving space on ships based in UK, Ireland and beyond.

Criteria:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Able to multi-task
• Must be computer literate
• Able to work closely within a team environment

Desirable:

• Outbound tele sales experience

· Experience within the transport/haulage industry would desirable

Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 & 11:00 - 20:00

· 1 in 5 weekends
