Staffline Recruitment are currently hiring for a Retail Area Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a desire to further their career.
The Role:
- Management of a district with line manager responsibility for all Store Managers within your district
- Implement all new store procedures and sales initiatives
- Manage all KPIs & store staffing structure in your district
- Develop, support and coach Store Managers in your district
- Build relationships to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business
- Monitor and control operational costs
- Recruit the best possible people for your stores
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Must have a clean driving license
- Must have Store Management experience
- Must have a proven track record to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Have multi-site retail experience (preferable)
