Staffline Recruitment are currently hiring for a Retail Area Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a desire to further their career.

The Role:

• Management of a district with line manager responsibility for all Store Managers within your district
• Implement all new store procedures and sales initiatives
• Manage all KPIs & store staffing structure in your district
• Develop, support and coach Store Managers in your district
• Build relationships to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business
• Monitor and control operational costs
• Recruit the best possible people for your stores

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years management experience
• Must have a clean driving license
• Must have Store Management experience
• Must have a proven track record to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Have multi-site retail experience (preferable)
