RETAIL ASSISTANTS | TEMPORARY CONTRACT | BLANCHARDSTOWN & SWORDS

Our client, a well-known Irish brand, is seeking to recruit a number of Retail Assistants to join their team on a full-time, contract basis. With stores conveniently located in Blanchardstown & Swords, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced retail professionals to join a well established brand with immediate starts available.

We are currently recruiting for staff at all levels including some supervisory roles. Please note, these roles will be offered on a full-time basis but there could potentially be options for part time shifts, depending on availability.

Contracts will be for 3 months initially but with scope for extension.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• To provide the highest level of customer service at all times
• Handle all customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• Achieving daily and weekly store objectives and KPI's
• To manage till transactions, support back office and cash office procedures
• To process returns in line with company procedure
• Stock monitoring and replenishment
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS|

• Previous experience as in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Customer focused with strong sales skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays, late nights and weekends
