Retail Contracts Manager - Luxury Brands

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit a Retail Contracts Manager to take up a permanent role with a high end retailer based in Kildare. The purpose of this role will be to coordinate the security requirements for a number of retails stores while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong stakeholder management experience and will have a proven background in people and high end retail management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing locations to ensure that properly trained staff operate in accordance with defined site specific SOPs, that additional service obligations are met and that customer issues are resolved promptly and in line with KPI's
  • Training Matrix - Comply and record training to ensure all employees are trained and training is in date. Classroom environment training also when required
  • Reviewing site specific operation procedures and update in the light of customer requirements, risk assessments, site experience and security industry developments
  • Compliance and reporting - All compliance and reports would need to meet contractual requirements and KPI's requirements.
  • Supporting the maintenance of ISO accreditation ensuring that documented processes and procedures are adhered to on each site
  • Build strong customer relations and loyalty through regular onsite inspections, service level reviews, on-site quality audits, etc
  • Managing security personnel to ensure that all staff adheres to site-specific SOPs and that managers and staff adhere to company codes of conduct, HR policies, and H&S guidelines
  • Carrying out investigation and disciplinary processes as required
  • Resolving staffing issues (payroll, rosters, and personal issues) to ensure staff are fully motivated and minimize turnover rates and associated recruitment and training costs
  • Collate information on all company activities and prepare weekly and monthly KPI metric reports for customers in accordance with contract requirements in order to present back to the business at quarterly business reviews
  • Managing company resources to ensure that all are fully functional and alternatives are available when necessary
  • Supporting the sales team in the preparation of tenders and quotations to capture business opportunities that arise
  • Implement ISIA approved practices to ensure operations are fully compliant with licensing requirements
  • Control and monitoring spend weekly/ Monthly while remaining to ensure quality service

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven 3 years' experience as a retail manager or manager in the security industry
  • 3rd level qualification, minimum diploma level
  • Proven track record in customer relations management
  • CRM experience essential, Salesforce experienced desired
  • Experience managing global client bases with multi-site locations
  • Proven Leadership / People management experience
  • Experience in leading and coordinating a large team
  • Ability to work independently and think outside the box
  • Action-oriented with a passion for getting things done quickly, efficiently, and properly
  • Strong analytical ability, Initiative, results focus
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This permanent position will offer a competitive salary of €55,000 along with 25 days annual leave, health cover, pension scheme and life assurance.
