Responsibilities:

• Have the ability to manage, recruit and train staff members
• Ensure customer and staff satisfaction
• Monitor the rotation of stock
• Control staff and operational costs in the store
• Adhere to company policies in relation to store standards and merchandising

The candidate must have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
• Full drivers license
• The ability to work with strict deadlines
• The ability to motivate and drive a team
