Job description
Internal Sales Administrator working under the finance function. Role will include assisting with sales process and general administrating / reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices
- Issuing packaging / spares / service invoices to customers
- Maintaining all dispatch paperwork including hand written dockets and ensuring all invoicing completed in a timely manor
- Working closely with our sales support / finance team to help customer with any invoice queries that might arise
- Dealing with telephone enquires when required
Ideal Candidate:
- Sage 50 experience
- Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Experience working with computer/sales systems
- Excellent communicator, oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
