Sales Administrator

The Client: Based in Lisburn our client is a leading distributor of sinks, taps, appliances and other associated kitchen products to the kitchen and electrical trade. Their portfolio consists of major brand names which lead the industry in quality, technology, design and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the front desk reception duties
• Telephone duties for sales and other business functions
• Assist with the administration function of the internal sales team - processing dockets etc
• Understand Customer needs and requirements
• Understand Kitchen and Home Appliances, products, and services
• Process orders from customers taken from email, face to face and telephone etc
• Follow on from any queries etc from ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven success in Kitchen Product appliance sales
• Experience of selling B2B, with a good understanding of sales processes
• Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Experience working with computer/sales systems
• Excellent communicator, oral and written skills
• Ability to forge excellent working relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• A "can-do" attitude
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced user of Outlook

Hours of work: 35 hrs per week (Mon to Thu 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 3pm)

Salary: £10.56 p/hr
