Job description

Internal Sales Administrator working under the finance function. Role will include assisting with sales process and general administrating / reception duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices
  • Issuing packaging / spares / service invoices to customers
  • Maintaining all dispatch paperwork including hand written dockets and ensuring all invoicing completed in a timely manor
  • Working closely with our sales support / finance team to help customer with any invoice queries that might arise
  • Dealing with telephone enquires when required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sage 50 experience
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with computer/sales systems
  • Excellent communicator, oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
