Job description

  • Printing of delivery notes for daily despatch loads.
  • Preparation and update of sales orders through to invoicing.
  • Scanning signed delivery notes for POD.
  • Email/post sales invoices.
  • General reception duties (switchboard operation, greeting visitors, receive and distribute post).

Essential Criteria

  • IT experience (email, MS Office, ERP system).
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Friendly, engaging personality with customers.
  • Reliable, confidential.


  • Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700
  • 1 hour lunch
  • 28 days annual leave to include stats
  • Company pension
  • £20-22,000 pa depending on experience
