Sales Administrator - Dublin 12

At Staffline Recruitment we have a super opportunity available for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team based in Dublin 12.

The successful candidate will join a successful, well established team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Processing quotations for customers via phone and email
  • Invoicing and organising credit notes for customers
  • Filing and document management
  • Offer technical assistance to identify suitable products from range
  • Sourcing products to suit customer's needs
  • Ensure correct goods are collected and signed for, by checking advice notes
  • Providing administrative support to the field sales team

To be considered for this role, applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a busy sales or customer service team
  • An understanding of shipping and receiving practices
  • Strong administration skills with a high attention to details
  • Excellent phone manner
  • A positive approach to work and problem solving
  • Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally

This permanent role will offer a salary of €28,000 - €35,000, depending on experience.
