Administrative

• Administrative Support to Managing Director, Commercial Sales Director & Operations Director including input of information onto CRM, sending emails and correspondence on behalf of Directors, from Dictaphone instructions
• Diary & meeting management, including team meeting administration - writing up and distribution of minutes
• Administration support to ARC Manager including daily ARC Stats collation and publication of these
• Input Account Setup forms onto Inhouse system
• Client meeting preparation
• Arranging Travel for Directors
• Processing expenses for Directors
• Ordering & postage of packages, shipping labels and dispatch
• Stock, stationary Order
• Managing order process and delivery of Signage & marketing brochures

• Secretarial support on risk & compliance

• QMS Documentation - reviewing, editing, updating
• Document creation, versioning, proof reading
• Creating, sending and reviewing customer/installer contracts, liaising with Directors and BDM to ensure costings on CRM are correct

Marketing

• Social Media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Implement social media campaigns, and help develop effective digital marketing strategies
• Video Creation - arranging via 3rd party providers
• Advert Creation - arranging via 3rd party providers
• Targeted Campaigns
• Artwork/Media organisation
• New materials, revisions etc.
• Events organisation and promotion
