Stafflne have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our Client, a busy four star Hotel- Sales & Marketing function

What will the role involve?

• To ensure and achieve the targets agreed annually for revenue performance and profitability
• To develop, drive and execute the Sales & Marketing Plan
• Leading, motivating and training of staff, so as to develop teamwork and a progressive and professional business environment
• Management of department for quality, service, presentation, and customer care
• To carry out on the road sales calls as required
• Be responsible for the management of corporate accounts
• Dealing with clients on telephone, fax, email and responding to all requests in a professional & timely manner
