Sales Manager

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a leading supplier of workwear and PPE. This is a fantastic opportunity further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Sales Manager will drive sales activity and ensure sales team meet revenue targets by maintaining existing relationships and establishing new business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver sales revenue targets
• Manage the training and on-going performance of the sales team
• Working with team to successfully achieve KPI's
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products and services
• Contribution to marketing plans and promotional campaigns
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Track sales targets for your team in line with business objectives and effectively report back to Directors
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• 3 years' experience in managing a successful sales team with individual and team targets
• Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching and career development
• Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed negotiation skills
• Ability to identify new product and market opportunities
• Proven experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Self motivated and exercise a proactive approach
