Job description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator to join their busy showroom in Portadown . Hours of work is Monday to Friday 0800-1700

  • Provide administrative support to the internal and external sales teams
  • Provide customers with detailed product specifications to suit their requirements
  • Generate quotations + orders for same
  • Through established company procedures ensure all quotations are followed up and maximise all sales opportunities
  • Support the cultivation and development of new sales opportunities.
  • Receive enquiries from internal and external sources and support conversion into successful sales
  • To ensure all paperwork is handled efficiently
  • Provide logistical support in efficient and effective completion of customers orders including working with internal delivery teams and our supply routes
  • To work as part of a team and promote maximum efficiency within the department, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed
  • Recording customer complaints and ensuring that all are dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer and company
