Sales Order Administrator, Belfast
Staffline Recruitment are currently seeking Sales Order Administrators for their client, a leading refractory engineer and commercial & industrial flue experts based in Belfast.
Salary: £22,000 per annum (plus potential bonus of up to £5,000)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Processing new sales orders, raising sales invoices and preparing and liaising with suppliers.
- Providing excellent customer care when dealing with customers both online and via telephone.
- Liaising with sales representatives, stock controllers and warehouse staff.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks such as booking events, print, filing and photocopying.
- Dealing with telephone queries and delivering excellent customer service.
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills to build solid internal and external relationships within the company.
- Equipped with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Sage 200 experience
- Time management and organisational skills.
