We are currently recruiting for our client based in Balbriggan, who is a successful distribution company who provide their services to a variety of industries throughout Ireland and around the world. They are committed to growing its business and developing its people. Due to immense growth, they are searching for a Technical Sales Development Executive to join their team on a Permanent basis. THE ROLE |
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with excellent account management experience who has experience selling to the manufacturing industry and who has a good understanding of technical detail product knowledge. You will work closely with design, engineering and material departments to understand their needs and provide solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of new business in the area
- Develop relationships with customers and execute sales strategy and tactics that maximise opportunities within the customer environment
- Work along side internal departments to achieve sales
- Has technical aptitude, can understand a customer's needs and market the advantages of products to customers
REQUIREMENTS |
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of CRM methods and systems
- A proven successful sales record with shown by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influencing
- Experience in selling technical/electronic product solutions to customers an advantage
