Sales Representative (Office based) required for Enniskillen

Full time permanent opportunity, 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

Salary depending on experience

Duties:

• Working to establish a core customer base through product sales over the phone, identifying potential clients
• Providing customers with product information, resolving queries, delivery timeframes and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout
• Record all relevant market information into CRM.
• Customer Service of Key Accounts
• Working as part of a team to achieve agreed targets.
• Co-ordinate with the production team to process sales order requirements.
• Daily office administration related to the role

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of 2 year's sales experience.
• Computer literate (experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A high degree of self-motivation, confidence and determination.
