Here at Staffline Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced administrator to join our client, a busy accountancy firm based in Dublin 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective administration support and front of house duties.
- Relevant third level qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Two years administration experience.
- Proficient in MS packages.
- Carrying out general administration tasks such as scheduling and organising meetings and events.
- Ordering stationary.
- Post forwarding for a number of clients
- Photocopying accounts or other documents
- Supervising office & garden cleaning
- Maintaining & updating client database
- Ability to work well as part of a team and own initiative.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Results Driven.
- High level of organisational skills.
