Senior Credit Control Executive - Dublin 24

At Staffline Recruitment we have an immediate requirement for an experienced and capable Senior Credit Control Executive to join a thriving SME with offices in Dublin 24. The successful candidate will join busy and supportive team taking ownership of the day-to-day debtor management.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

• Debtors Calls for non direct debit Customers
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Direct Debit Files
• Managing Unpaid Direct Debits
• Arranging collection of Equipment from non-paying customers
• Credit Checks and Approvals for new & existing customers
• Managing Legal File for bad debts
• Allocations on Accounts
• Issuing Debtors lists to Sales teams on a monthly basis
• Approving off hire of contracts
• Updating bank and bank reconciliation
• Issuing invoices for sales of equipment and collecting payment
• Liaise with Sales people to assist them with queries and account collection
• Key Account Management/Invoicing
• Additional ad-hoc tasks

Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience (2-5 years) in Credit Control is essential
• Knowledge of SAGE Line50 and Salesforce an advantage
• Understanding and experience of working with a fast moving work environment
• Presentable manner
• Exceptionally high attention to detail
• Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within and external to the organisation
• Willingness to participate and work on own initiative

This role will initially be offered as a contract for a period of 12 months with a very high possibility of extension upon completion. A salary in the region of €35,000 - €38,000 will be on offer, depending on experience.
