Senior Office Administrator - €38k - Dublin 22
At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of a specialist engineering company with offices throughput Ireland and internationally. They are seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join their team in Dublin, based in their offices in Dublin 22.
The successful candidate will take up pivotal role with this organisation. The purpose of the position will be to provide administrative support to the Project Teams as well as taking responsibility for the general day to day office administration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General administration and file management, photocopying, & scanning documents and correspondences
- Maintaining office systems including data management
- Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Ensuring office supplies and stationary are fully stocked at all times
- Coordinate review and revision of controlled
- Check for accuracy and edit files, g., Reports/Documents
- Review and update technical
- Distribute reports & updates to Project
- File documents in physical and digital
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information in line with current legal regulation
- Provide guidance to users in correct use of document management system to ensure consistency of system usage.
- Assist with audit preparation and
- Participation in ad hoc project work and other administrative duties as requested by Management
- This position functions to provide day-to-day QA support and ensures quality systems are executed appropriately according to current requirements
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the engineering / construction sector
- A knowledge of construction quality standards will be highly desirable
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dependable team player with strong leadership skills
- Energetic and positive approach to work
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work autonomously with little supervision
