Senior Town Planner

Belfast / Dublin

£40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a leading Town Planning firm with offices in Belfast and Dublin. The company provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has

delivered planning approval for schemes of various sizes across all sectors

Main duties will include:

• Manage medium to large scale jobs for projects across a range of sectors
• Tasks will include the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
• Planning appraisals and development plan submissions
• Servicing work across the island of Ireland and can be located in either Belfast or Dublin.

Essential Criteria

• Applicants should have an RTPI and/or IPI accredited degree/ postgraduate qualification in Town Planning
• 5 years' post-graduate professional experience
• Graphical design skills and the ability to use InDesign would be desirable
• Driving license and have access to a car is essential
