Job description

Service Administrator - South Dublin - €35k

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is available immediately to take up a 3 month contract with our client based in South Dublin.

The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative and customer service support to assist in the smooth operation of a busy sales and service team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Pricing of engineer work reports in line with Company and customer specific agreements.
  • Preparation of consolidated billing schedules for group customers
  • Assisting the Service Department in meeting all financial and invoicing deadlines.
  • Preparation of engineer's wages in line with Company procedures.
  • Maintaining departmental and engineer holiday records.
  • Resolution of customer and account queries.
  • Assisting the customer service call desk with call logging and work allocation to the engineering teams.
  • Assisting the team with regards to customer reports and quotations.
  • Assisting with setting up new Customer accounts and chasing outstanding service contracts.
  • Communicate with customers, engineers and the customer service centre regarding projects and service calls (e.g. small works, routine maintenances), as appropriate.
  • Assist with the preparation of operational reporting for Senior Management in relation to engineering productivity and invoicing.
  • Deal with incoming general enquiries
  • Any other administration duties that may be required.

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • 2- 3 years of experience working within a busy customer service environment
  • Strong IT skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint (desirable), Outlook
  • Fast, accurate typing and keyboard skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Good relationship building and communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to assist across the team as required

This 3 month contract will offer a pro rata salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000, depending on experience.
