SERVICE COORDINATOR | FINGLAS | PERMANENT

Our client based in Finglas has a fantastic opportunity of Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. There is a great salary along with bonus and after probation period is successfully completed, work from home 2 days a week based on business requirements. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

THE ROLE |

You will responsible for the co-ordination of customer support requests and coordinating technicians to visit customers on site.

ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL |

• Demonstrate excellent customer service while processing and coordinating requests
• Use a booking tool to plan, coordinate and ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases with details relating to stock and service records management
• Scheduling Technicians to attend on sites visits throughout Ireland
• Process all associated documentation ensuring company compliance and procedures are followed

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE |

• Excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Strong administrative skills and a proficient user in the Microsoft User Package
• You have high attention to detail both numerically and written
• Ability to multi-task with excellent coordination skills, experience working with a booking system desirable
