My client based in Newbridge are looking to recruit a Shift Warehouse and Inventory Technician

This role will report to the Stores Supervisor. The function of the role is to support the current team in place, in all aspects of the business. Full training will be provided.

Working Hours/Shift

Salary for Shift 34k plus 25% shift allowance

This is a 24/7 shift based on 8-hour shifts. The 8-hour shifts pattern will include the hours of

7am-3pm,
3pm-11pm,
11pm-7am.

The shift is in line with the Client requests but could change to a 12 hour shift pattern if the 8 hour shift pattern does not suit but you will be notified of any change in advance.

Role/Responsibilities
* Receiving goods inwards
* Stock/Cycle Counting
* Deliver the day to day operations of the Stores
* Deliver the agreed metrics to support the bench-marking of site
* Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
* Other ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile
* Operating knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP's and their applications to the Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage but not essential
* Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage
* Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
* Fluency in English an essential
* Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn
* Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors
* Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers
* Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage
