Building and maintaining excellent customer relations, promptly responding to customers by phone and email.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Monitor scheduled deliveries and advise customer of any changes or delays.
Liaise effectively with drivers and traffic office employees.
Perform general administration duties.
Organise driver manifests.
Assist with POD queries/issues.
GCSE English and Maths A* - C grade (or equivalent to).
Confident communicator with a high level of both verbal and written English.
Outstanding IT Literacy across all Microsoft Office packages.
Good time management.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working Night shift.
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced office environment.
Knowledge of the transport industry & warehousing.
Knowledge of Man Data or other systems used within the industry.
Hours of work is Sunday to Thursday 5pm - 2am
