Software Implementation Associate - Remote ROI

30-32K - Full Time Permanent Role

Here at Staffline Recruitment we are recruiting for a Software Implementation Associate to join our client, a software provider based within the Republic and Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing software to power financial businesses and will be included in a close - knit team, providing the right candidate with the room to grow and progress in their career.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in an IT or IT related discipline e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology or Business and IT with strong academic results
• An MSc in Software Development with Merit or Distinction
• 1 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation.
• Plan and deliver project implementations to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Manage customer expectations throughout all phases of implementation.
• Proactively identify and manage setbacks, issues and negative customer feedback, escalating quickly as required.
• Act as point of escalation for assigned projects.
• Obtain formal sign off from customers for assigned tasks/milestones.
• Identify opportunities for and subsequently deliver customer training.
• Deliver to set KPIs and SLAs.
