Staffline are currently searching for a Sous Chef for one of Galways bestl known hotels. The role involves managing a busy kitchen and working closely with the Head Chef and management team to ensure a consistently high quality food product is delivered to customers at all times.
The ideal candidate will have worked at Senior Chef De Partie or Sous Chef level in a busy hotel or restaurant with an interest in classic irish food.
The property believes in offering an excellent work/life balance to their team and offer a competitive salary with rotating weekends off.
Applicants must hold a formal culinary qualification with 2-3 years kitchen experience.
