Staffline Recruitment are currently seeking applications for Stock / Yields Controller to work at our client site Freshways in Poppintree Dublin 11. Freshways are one of Irelands leading manufacture's of lunch meals on the go including sandwiches, salads, wraps and pizzas.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory flow throughout the production site, ensuring both accuracy of inventory levels and adequate rotation of stocks.

As the factory operates 24/7 there is flexibility required in working this role. There is a need for staff to work during the day and also work throughout the night. The working schedule can be discussed at interview stage

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

* Monitor stock movement, consumption's and transfers in NAV
* Assist and physical perform stock take activities in high care area
* Set up new products target scrap
* Research and resolve inventory discrepancies with stock control team or all areas team leaders
* Assists in troubleshooting functions related with shipping, stock movements, receiving, consumption's and transfers
* Support business reporting by providing relevant data of lines daily stock losses to Power BI

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Experience within a stock control environment within an FMCG business
* Experienced NAV and Excel knowledge
* Ability to perform basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
* Work independently and self-supervising
* Analytically minded, with strong attention to detail
