Job description

Our client a busy manufacturing company wish to recruit a Stores Co-Ordinator/Clerk for a long term temporary assignment based in Portadown Co Armagh

Duties will include:

  • Co-ordinate incoming material reservations on SAP system, to ensure a timely

    supply of material to all production areas within the factory

  • Monitor and print incoming reservations for all purchased materials

  • Collate and review completed picking notes for batch and qty amendments

  • Post picking notes on SAP, updating any changes to qty's and batch numbers

  • Maintain departmental filing system

  • Receiving small parcel deliveries to stores

Candidates wishing to apply for this role should have:

* At least 6 months experience in a similar role within a busy stores environment

* Good attention to detail

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (to include Word, Excel and Outlook)

* Excellent time management

* A high level of interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

* SAP experience will be an advantage

Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs & 8am to 1pm Fri

Rate of Pay: £8.91 per hour with weekly bonus of approximatley £19.41
