My client are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. They are currently dealing with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site. We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communication.

Stores Supervisor

• Ensure high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety
• Ensure stock levels are well maintained
• Support the performance and running of the store through strong leadership
• Supervise the work of other staff members, their performance, and overall work issues
• Plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
• Coach, mentor, and lead a team
• Demonstrate respect, trust and integrity always
• Have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy continual professional learning
• Ensure a culture of excellent customer service is maintained
• Nurture a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team

Candidate Profile

• Operating knowledge of systems, SAP, Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage
• Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - Excellent knowledge of MS software packages in particular Excel is essential
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
• Fluency in English an essential
• Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn
• Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors
• Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers
• Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage
