Staffline are working in partnership with a local family business who are leading the way in the manufacture of over the counter diagnostic testing, selling in over 70 countries!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a successful team and add value to an already growing business!

Responsibilities:

• To call exisiting and potential customers in order to sell products

• To inform customers about products and about the company

• To be knowedegable regarding what competitors are doing withing the market place in order to be competitive

• Record information onto company database and effectively follow up within a given timeframe.

• Ask questions to understand custumer needs and requirements

• Close sales

Criteria:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
