Temporary Estates Officer Electrical
Staffline are currently recruiting for 2 x Electrical Estates Officers for Dundonald. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of specific elements of estates operations relating to the development and maintenance of the built environment, engineering services and physical assets. Manage a cost effective and efficient service, work as part of a small team of estate's offices and manage and co ordinate estate operational and maintenance services to include electrical engineering services, building elements and components, maintenance and building/engineering projects and efficient use of energy.
Full time 37.5hrs per week
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 16.30pm
Managing engineering systems and up to date method's of maintenance planning.
The control and development of maintenance and operational staff or personal associated with engineering project design and management.
Preparing maintenance estimates and engineering reports
Carrying out directly or by contract repair, replacement and renewal of engineering plant and equipment and services
A degree in a relevant Engineering related subject together with 3 years relevant experience OR
A HNC in a relevant engineering related subject together with 5 years experience OR
To be due to complete year 2 of the HSC Estates Graduate Training Scheme
Hold a full UK driving licence
