Temporary HR Advisor
Staffline are currently recruiting for a full time temporary HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to work with one their Public Sector clients. The successful candidate will work as a key member of the Employee Relations Team providing an efficient, effective and client focused HR advisory service. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Information Systems and the provision of management information.
A relevant HR degree or equivalent professional qualification (eg CIPD) and a minimum of 1 years experience in an HR function.
A relevant HR diploma or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in an HR function.
A minimum of 4 years experience in an HR function, 2 years of which must be at Band 4 or above.
Must demonstrate experience of working in an Employee Relations function and the review and implementation of current employment law and best practice
Must demonstrate experience of advising employees and managers at all levels on HR practice, policy and procedure
Must demonstrate experience of advising employees and managers at all levels on HR practice, policy and procedure.
A least 1 years experience of working with computerised and manual Human Resources information and administrative systems eg HRMS, EOMS, Recruit and Monitor and Business Objects including the production and analysis of statistical information
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ie Word, Excel, Access and Power point presentation or equivalent.
Driving licence or in the case of someone with a disability, access to a means of
Transport to enable the post holder to undertake the requirements of the post.
