Our client an established Insurance broker based in N Ireland are seeing to expand their team and are recruiting for a Trainer, on a working from home basis

As the Trainer, your duties will include

• Support in the continuous improvement and delivery of on-boarding programmes
• Identify systems re-fresher training requirements and design and deliver interventions as required
• Update assessments in line with product / insurers / underwriting changes and in line with FCA requirements
• Design, author and publish required e-learning
• Maintain accurate and up to date training records via the Learning Management System
• Support the administration of the Further Education policy, act as a local point of contact for queries
• Support the design and delivery of local departmental soft skills training
• Conduct post-training learning evaluations and assessments as required

Hours of work:

• Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (Will be flexible for the right candidate)

Requirements:

The ideal Trainer will have

• At least 3 years' experience working within Insurance/Financial Services plus at least 1 years' experience working within a training capacity.

OR

• At least 4 years' experience working as a Trainer
• Demonstrable experience of supporting the development of others
• Exceptional communicator
• Demonstrable planning and organising skills

Must live in Northern Ireland

In Return:

• Salary £25 - 27k depending on experience
• Working from home
• IT equipment supplied
