Training Administrator
Staffline Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Training Administrator on a permanent full-time basis on behalf of our client, a leading Health Care provider at their site in Belfast.
The Job:
Your role will be to Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Training Team and the Training Instructors as required. In this role, the ideal candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.
Salary:
£20,470 per annum
Hours of work:
37.5 per week
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. (evenings and weekends will be required on an ad hoc basis, employees will receive time off in lieu)
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule training courses, timetable and facilitate course bookings
- Assist the Training Coordinator with preparing and administering training programmes
- Liaise with internal and external tutors in respect of programme content and availability
- Produce training materials & Assist with the setup of training courses
- Administer accredited programmes including enrolment, logging module completion and certification
- Maintain accurate training records to assist in the effective running of the department. This will involve maintenance of both physical and electronic records
- Disseminate marketing and sales literature as directed
- Deal with all customers enquiries via telephone, e-mail or face-to-face, in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage client contract training courses
- Schedule and facilitate contract training courses
- Maintain accurate records and reports for contract clients
- Assist with marketing events on an ad hoc basis as directed by the Training Team
- General administration duties to include filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assist with ad hoc events as directed by the Training Team
- Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Training Team
- Carry out occasional other duties as prescribed by the line manager
The Person:
- Dynamic and diligent and can be relied upon to collaborate effectively with the wider team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise duties focused on relevant tasks, as demands may change with little notice
- 5 GCSE's (Maths and English essential)
- 1 years' experience working in an administrative role
- Proficiency in the use of MS packages including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and busy office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Highly organised & Capable of working on own initiative
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work
