Training Specialist
Belfast
Hours of work: candidate must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm Saturday & Sunday
Working alongside a superb company based in Belfast.We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with an unwavering focus on quality, service and results. This role focuses on independent monitoring, identifying skills and knowledge gaps, and qualitative reporting.
The role
- Devise and deliver training in line with the Training Policy
- Design, prepare, facilitate and/or review all areas of the training to meet the needs of the business, including amending all training documentation as and when required
- Keep up to date with developments with company systems, practices and procedures
- Support the business in providing quality and meaningful training data in line with the Training Policy
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibly to meet business and department deadlines
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in an L&D role in a fast-paced contact centre operation with excellent understanding of learning theory and training methodology
- Previous experience in designing and delivering appropriate and high-quality training solutions
- Experience in landing initiatives successfully, shown ability to lead multiple work streams and conflicting priorities
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office package, excellent written and verbal communication skills (including feedback and coaching techniques), able to adapt to varied audiences
- Logical and practical approach to problem solving and resolution
