Job description

Staffline have an amazing opportunity to join our client's Training Team on a permanent basis. They require a motivated, self-starter with an unwavering focus on quality, service and results. This role focuses on independent monitoring (including coaching and feedback), identifying skills and knowledge gaps, and qualitative reporting. Identify, arrange and/or design and deliver as appropriate training for advisors, employees, and managers, as identified through training needs analysis and QA results of owned distribution.

The Role:

  • Devise and deliver training in line with the Training Policy in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the continual contribution to the firm's quality of all services
  • Design, prepare, facilitate and/or review all areas of the training to meet the needs of the business, including amending all training documentation as and when required, in accordance with procedural updates, systems changes and legislative and regulatory guidelines
  • Keep up to date with developments with company systems, practices and procedures
  • Support the business in providing quality and meaningful training data in line with the Training Policy
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibly to meet business and department deadlines

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in an L&D role in a fast-paced contact centre operation with excellent understanding of learning theory and training methodology
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering appropriate and high-quality training solutions through a variety of channels e.g. e-learning, instructor led training and informal learning depending the requirements or audience
  • Experience in landing initiatives successfully, shown ability to lead multiple work streams and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office package, excellent written and verbal communication skills (including feedback and coaching techniques), able to adapt to varied audiences
  • Logical and practical approach to problem solving and resolution
  • Experience of working cross-functionally, ability to plan and lead time optimally

Hours of Work:

  • 40 hour per week
  • Candidates must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm Saturday & Sunday
  • Permanent contract - not suitable for seasonal applicants
