Transport Supervisor - Larne

We are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to join the dedicated team for one of our clients based in Larne on a permanent basis. The client operates a dynamic and successful transport service based in the port of Larne and ideally would like the successful candidate to start ASAP.

The role will involve:

You will be an integral part of a busy desk where customer care will be paramount. There will be an emphasis on

• Transport planning for retail customers
• Promptly dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
• Preparing and distributing driver paperwork
• Using supplier portals to book ferries and creates GMRs.

Applicants must have the following skills:

• 5 GCSE qualifications to include Math's & English
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• CPC desirable
• Excellent telephone manner
• Time management and good task prioritisation
• Excellent administration skills and a methodical approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday - 4pm to midnight

Salary:

• Potential to earn £25k
